The Commonwealth has issued a Request for Responses (“RFR”) from qualified banks and other institutions interested in providing senior underwriting services for the Commonwealth's Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund Financing (UTF). The RFR can be found here

The Comptroller of the Commonwealth William McNamara published the Commonwealth’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2020, the period that ended June 30, 2020. The report can be found here.
Massachusetts Department of Revenue Commissioner Geoffrey Snyder has that announced that preliminary revenue collections for March totaled $3.061 billion, which is $402 million or 15.1% more than the actual collections in March 2020 and $648 million or 26.8% more than the benchmark.
